i really dont know for how long but i guess it's now about 3 or 4 weeks i dont have a functioning pc anymore. I just wanted to do an windows upgrade and voila, pc didnt want to boot again. For long i had a somewhat hate-love relationship with my pc, always assuming the psu was the cause for fail-boots but i guess it was never the case after all. I changed psu and then the mainboard, pc still doesnt want to boot so this should have nailed it down to a broken cpu. Anyway..
i'm now writing this on my old e61i phone which has luckily wlan.
before the pc broke i was not art'ing much lately, mostly only quick sketches in gaming breaks so i didnt feel too guilty. But since the pc broke, i've befriended pencil and paper. The lesson learned:
step by step. A good process, like sketch - refine - lines - shading, seems working for me and i have to remember: good things need time, no need to rush when the result is even better if i take time and do it right. The thing i miss most is the easy source of reference pictures and my music.
